Quick Tips: Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Did you know October is National Cyber Security Awareness Month? To help protect your information from cybercriminals, consider enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your online accounts.

2FA is an added security measure similar to how you protect your bank account with a pin number (something you know) and debit card (something you have) when you withdraw money from an ATM. After you enable 2FA, you’ll log in to your online accounts as usual, then verify your identity using a smartphone or other device. Taking this simple extra step can help protect your accounts from unauthorized access.
